During his time in Paris, President Tinubu engaged in a significant high-level meeting with Massad Boulos, the United States Department of State’s Senior Advisor for Africa. The discussions centered on strengthening bilateral cooperation to bolster regional security and foster sustainable economic development throughout the African continent.
A critical component of the talks involved collaborative initiatives aimed at achieving lasting peace in the eastern Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC). The leaders emphasized the importance of multilateral cooperation and the active involvement of regional stakeholders in these efforts.
President Tinubu departed Nigeria on April 2nd, 2025, for the working visit.
