There were sporadic gun shots at Igwuruta in Ikwerre LGA following a conflict between a local vigilance group known as OSPAC and a group of youth who are opposed to the election.
The incident did not record any casualty but reports showed that a few voters were injured while running away from the scene.
It was gathered that a few voters left the place and could not cast the ballots due to the fracas.
Recall that the Nigeria police pulled out of the election citing the court verdict, which would not allow them to participate.
