There was explosion early Saturday morning at the secretariat of the All Progressives Congress in Rivers State.
This happens as the state conducts local government elections.
The APC chairman in the state, Okocha alleged that the supporters of the state Governor, Similanayi Fubara must have attacked the secretariat.
Meanwhile, voters have stripped out to cast their ballots even when the police had distanced theirselves from the election.
Fubara said on Friday that the state would go on and conduct the election against the APC who said that the polls contradicted the court injunction.
