The Redeemed Christian Church of God, RCCG, Youth Province 1, has launched a free bus service to assist members of the public.
Our correspondent gathered that 10 free buses were to support the working class during their daily commute.
The buses will “depart from Mowe, Ibafo, Berger, and 7UP at Car Park C (near Redemption City) to CMS, as well as from Festac, RCCG Joseph’s Palace, Apple Junction, to Victoria Island and Lekki” daily – 5:30/6AM and 6 PM for the return trip.
This is cushion the effect of high cost of transportation. The pump price of fuel per litre is over N1000, making it difficult for commuters to move around.
