Miss Universe Nigeria, Chidinma Adetshina, Says Silverbird Gave Her Second Chance To Live
Newly crowned Miss Universe Nigeria, Chidinma Adetshina has attributed his present status to Silverbird Group, saying the company has given her second chance to be herself.
She said this a few hours after she won the prestigious award at the Eko Hotel and Suites, describing her journey to stardom as a long one.
She said “It has been a long journey. Everything happened in South Africa because of my name. I wasn’t accepted because South Africa thought I wasn’t South African enough to represent them at Miss SA competition.”

Adetshina who will be contesting with others across the world at the Miss Universe in Mexico said that a lot actually happened to her in South Africa.
“It was so heartbreaking for me because I worked so hard. There were just seven people who were literally dedicating the lives to bring me down and for me to withdraw from the competition.
“But you know there is always a second chance in life, that’s what Silverbird did for me.”
