Spanish football giant, Real Madrid on Saturday beat German Bundesliga side, Borussia Dortmund 2-0, to win their 15th UEFA Champions League title in the final of one of football’s biggest competition at Wembley Stadium.
In the interesting game, fantastic goals from Dani Carvajal and Vinícius Júnior were enough to crown the efforts of the Los Blancos, who outclassed Borussia Dortmund in the UEFA Champions League final.
It was a glorious moment for German super star, Toni Kroos who played his last club game for Madrid after setting up the opening goal for his club
Another close attempt was his free-kick which was pushed behind by Gregor Kobel in the Swiss goalkeeper’s first save of the match, just past the restart.
Resilient Dortmund refused to be intimidated by the goals scored against them, rather, they continued to make serious efforts with the zeal to win, but at the end the Los Blancos had the upper hand.
Carvajal displayed class in executed a superb glancing header past Kobel in the 74th minute, from Kroos who provided an assist.
Bellingham made the second assist for Vinícius who scored a superb second goal to end Dortmund efforts.
