The 66th Grammy Awards ceremony has taken centerstage at the Peacock Theatre in Los Angeles., United States on Sunday.
Unfortunately, no Nigerian artiste bagged an award at the prestigious global event, after five artistes were nominated for the 2024 Grammy Awards, in November 2023.
All the five artistes of Nigerian descent that lost out the Grammy in their combined 10 nominations across different award categories are: David Adeleke, aka, Davido; Damini Ogulu, aka Burna Boy; Ahmed Ololade, aka Asake; Olamide Adedeji, aka Baddo; and Oyinkansola Aderibigbe, aka Ayra Starr.
