“I’ll be meeting with the police with hopes for the truth to be uncovered and for justice to prevail.”
Before the arrival of Naira Marley into the country, there were series of protests in some parts of the country by fans of the Mohbad, seeking that justice take its cause concerning the death of the late artiste.
Meanwhile, the police had earlier invited controversial music promoter, Balogun Eletu, well known as Sam Larry (now in police custody), for questioning over Mohbad’s death.
The investigation which started earlier also prompted an autopsy to be carried out as the police, last week, also confirmed that pathologists had concluded the autopsy conducted on Mohbad, while the police await the result.
The investigation also involved the arrest of the nurse who reportedly injected the deceased singer prior to his demise on Tuesday, September 12 while the inquest into Mohbad’s death started at the Lagos State Magistrate’s Court in Ikorodu last Friday.
