The official crowning of King Charles III in the first coronation in Britain since 1953 was an awesome moment to remember because of the activities that made up the prestigious ceremony which was held on Saturday, May 6 at Westminster Abbey in London.
Taking a closer look at the activities that made the ceremony standout, one would definitely beam his or her searchlight on the arrival of notable guests and dignitaries in their regalia, and the awesome outlook and outfit.
According to AFP, at 12:02 pm, the Archbishop of Canterbury Justin Welby placed the solid gold St Edward’s Crown on Charles’s head as a sacred and ancient symbol of the monarch’s authority.

Emmanuel and Brigitte Macron, the French president and his wife were also present for the ceremony, Emma Thompson and Greg Wise, the Oscar winner and her husband were in the audience at Westminster Abbey.

The ceremony continued with Cries of “God Save the King” rang out from the 2,300-strong congregation at Westminster Abbey and trumpet fanfares sounded at the climax of the solemn religious confirmation of his accession.
The ceremony became more interesting when shape ( Outside, ceremonial gun salutes blasted out across land and sea while bells pealed in celebration at churches across the country.
