Senate boko haram suspect
The senate has mandated its committee on police affairs to conduct investigations into the disappearance of boko haram suspect, kabiru sokoto from police custody.
The directive followed the adoption of a motion sponsored by senator paulinus igwe nwagu from ebonyi state. It would be recalled that kabiru sokoto was reported to have escaped from police custody in abaji area of the fct with the presidency directing the inspector general of police afeez ringim to fish him out within 24 hours.
The committee was also directed to report back its findings to the senate for necessary action in the next one week.
