Ogun State Government on Good Healthcare Delivery System

Ogun State government will bring healthcare delivery system to an acceptable and efficient standard.  The state’s commissioner for health, Dr. Olaokun Soyinka said this in an interview with journalists during a visit to some hospitals in the state.  

These include the general hospitals Ifo and Itori as well as the Lagos State university teaching hospital, Luth, in Ifo local government area. The commissioner observed that health care delivery was a major priority of senator Amosun’s administration. He said efforts are on to ensure that people feel comfortable to patronize the state’s health services. 

Dr. Soyinka explained that his ministry is working to establish large investment including human and medical infrastructure as well as refurbishments of secondary health care delivery in the state.
