Ikuforiji's case

A judge of the federal high court, james isoho has disqualified himself for further hearing of the suit involving the speaker of the lagos state house of assembly, adeyemi ikuforiji. our correspondent reports that the judge has transferred the files to another judge through the registrar. It will be recalled that the speaker and his personal aide are standing trial for a 20-count charge of fraud filed against them by the economic and financial crimes commission, efcc.
