Dr Casmir Ihegworo emerges as the new nation chairman of APGA

A faction of the All Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA, held what it called, a national convention over the weekend at Agbor, Delta state with delegates from 24 states of the federation present. The interim national organizing secretary of APGA, Dr Casmir Ihegworo has emerged as the new nation chairman of APGA.
Correspondent Tunde Andrew reorts that the convention began with the accreditation of delegates from 24 states who arrived at the venue of the convention the previous day.
At the end of the exercise, a total number of 2,713 delegates were accredited.
Dr Casmir Ihegworo pulled a total of 2,640 votes to emerge as national chairman, while Dr Mic Adams pulled 2,706 to emerged national secretary.
