Troops of Forward Operation Base, on routine patrol have arrested a suspected fleeing Boko Haram terrorist, at Fika , Yobe State.  
According to the base Commander, Brigadier General Sani Usman, four suspected kidnappers were also arrested at Mundu Village. 
The suspects, aged between 20 and 25 years were found to be in possession of one locally made six loader single barrel gun, one empty cartridge, two machetes, a knife, two mobile telephone handsets and some money while on their way to commit the crime. 
Meanwhile, the clashes between herdsmen and farmers and other communal conflicts took centre stage on Friday at the National Security Summit.
Participants bared their minds on the mindless killings in some parts of the country.
Security experts and community leaders believe construction of ranches for the animals is the only way to end the clashes.
