The senate will screen the Acting Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, Ibrahim Magu, tomorrow.
President Muhammadu Buhari had re-nominated Mr. Magu after the lawmakers rejected his nomination based on a security report by the Department of State Services. 
President of the Senate, Bukola Saraki, made the announcement of the screening at the plenary today.

Meanwhile the Comptroller General, Nigeria Customs Service, Retired Colonel Hameed Ali says he will  not appear before the senate tomorrow because of a management meeting of the customs service.
Retired Colonel Ali in a letter read by the President of the Senate asked for another date to apear.
But the senate rejected his request and insisted he appears tomorrow
Several lawmakers condemned Colonel Ali for relegating the senate and for failing to personally sign the letter.
