The Federal Government says over 100 Nigerians were killed in South Africa in the last two years.
South African police have been blamed for some of these killings.
The latest in this spate of killings is the alleged choking to death of Tochukwu Nnadi by South African Police last December.
Diplomatic Affairs Correspondent Segun Ojumu spoke recently to the High Commissioner of South Africa in Nigeria, Lulu Mnguni who said he is pained by these developments.
In another development the German Government says it will continue to support the Nigerian Navy with military hard wares in its fight against sea pirates.
German Defence Adviser to West Africa Colonel Thomas Brillisauer gave this assurance when he led a team of German Navy personnel to the Flag Officer Commanding of the Western Naval Command, Rear Admiral Dukas Bobai.
