Academic and administrative activities have picked up at university campuses across the country as lecturers resumed today after observing a one-week warning strike.
At the university of ibadan, examinations which were suspended started at eight am.
The lecturers union began the warning strike over the failure of the Federal Government to fulfill the 2009 agreement signed with them.
Some of the universities students resumed to write semester examinations, which were earlier postponed due to the strike.
The senate said about three days ago that it had prevailed on ASUU, saying that the government and the teachers had agreed on some of the issues raised.
