Nigeria’s national under-17 women football team, the Flamingoes, on Saturday in Abuja beat the Baby Gladiators of Namibia 4-0 with striker Rasheedat Ajibade scoring a brace.
The match was a second round first leg fixture in the qualifiers for the 2016 FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup.

Ajibade opened scoring in the 13th minute of the game, while Cynthia Aku doubled the lead in the 36th minute through a header to a corner-kick.

Two minutes to the end of the second half, Peace Efih scored the third goal after receiving a pass from Patience Dike.
Ajibade scored her second and the game’s fourth goal in the 62nd minute, after a pass from Esther Adeboye.

NAN reports that the second leg match will come up in a fortnight’s time in Windhoek.(NAN)
