Usher Performs In Grand Style At Super Bowl Halftime Show

American singer and songwriter, Usher Raymond IV has made a huge return with an electrifying performance at the Super Bowl Halftime show on Sunday, with help from will.i.am, Alicia Keys, Ludacris… and a pair of roller skates.

While doing what he knows how to do best, the talented dancer appeared without shirt as a band backed him, including H.E.R on guitar. His performance also segued into his ballads, which included “My Confessions, Pt. II,” and “U Got It Bad.”

The stage soon transformed into a roller-skating rink. Lil Jon showed up to perform “Turn Down For What” before Usher launched into his iconic “Yeah!,” which also features Lil Jon.

The finale featured an entourage of backing musicians scattered throughout the field and stage and included a massive horn section as Ludacris also dropped his verse from Usher’s massive hit.

Usher is very familiar with Vegas performances at this point as his halftime set comes just two months after he ended his 100-show My Way residency last December.

Releasing his ninth album Home Coming on Friday, the singer capitalized on the hype of the show earlier this week.

Usher who first released his self-titled debut album in 1994 at the age of sixteen and rose to fame in the late 1990s. This follows the release of his second album My Way, is a renowned personality in modern R&B and pop music.
