Chelsea stars N’Golo Kante, Cesar Azpilicueta, Ethan Ampadu and Fran Kirby have launched the club’s new away strip for the 2019-20 campaign.

The white shirt is inspired by the 1960s Mod culture which thrived in the club’s area of west London.

A fresh white polo with button-down collar, the Nike strip includes a red and blue trim around the collar and sleeves.

The buttons are inscribed with the message “Pride of London” and the complete kit includes white shorts and royal blue socks.

“The kit is really beautiful, with so many nice touches,” said forward Fran Kirby.

“I know a little bit about Mod fashion and culture and you can see its influence on the kit. I think it’s a shirt you could wear to the game, but also in any situation, and I’m sure the fans will like it.”

The kit will be debuted during pre-season and is available to purchase at nike.com.
