Super Eagles stars Oghenekaro Etebo and Chidozie Awaziem have fallen sick in Eagles Camp in Ismailia Egypt.
The players according to the Technical Adviser of the Super Eagles Gernot Rohr suddenly took ill as a result of the cold weather due to torrential rainfalls in Asaba venue of the team’s last home friendly game against Zimbabwe that ended in a scoreless draw.
He said the duo started feeling cold on their way to Egypt for the final Camping for the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations starting 21st of this month (June) in Egypt.
Rohr disclosed from Ismailia Camp of the team. Rohr also said that his team had hectic time while travelling to Egypt as a result of the immigration process.
He, however, hailed the facilities available in the Campsite of the team the posh Hotel Mercure in Ismailia that was arranged by the Nigeria Football Federation.
