Barcelona are preparing a massive offer for Chelsea target Saul Niguez this summer.
Barcelona are set to make a £95m offer to Atletico Madrid as they look to land the Spanish midfielder.
The report also claims that he has been linked to Chelsea, although they have recently been slapped with a two transfer window ban by FIFA.
Chelsea have appealed their ban and could yet be able to sign players in the summer, although nothing is certain as of yet.
AS also claim that Atletico would be more willing to sell Saul to Chelsea over Barcelona, as they are not a domestic rival in La Liga.
Saul came through the youth ranks at Atletico and has made over 200 appearances for the club in all competitions since making his first team debut in 2012.
He has also been capped 15 times by Spain, scoring twice for his country.
If Barcelona were to sign Saul for the £95m touted, he would become the most expensive Spanish player of all time.
