Fantasy Premier League expert says managers should switch to consistent Spurs striker after today’s deadline.

Sergio Aguero (£11.5m) or Harry Kane (£12.3m)? This is the dilemma facing many Fantasy Premier League managers as today’s 19:00 GMT deadline approaches.

In the latest FPL Show, David Munday, editor of Fantasy Football Scout, says the Manchester City forward is the player to pick in Gameweek 14.

But he suggests transferring in the Spurs striker from Gameweek 15, because Kane delivers more consistently in both home and away matches.

“I’d like to hold Aguero for the AFC Bournemouth game,” says Munday. “It’s the sort of game where I’d expect a lot of points out of him. He’s fantastic at home; no-one’s had more shots in the box or shots on target than him this season.

“The problem is he’s nearly at half that level away from home and you’ve got all these away fixtures coming up.”

“Kane doesn’t seem to have that problem. He seems to be quite balanced in terms of what he does at home and away.

“So the switch seems perfectly timed to do it straight after this round.”
