Ex-international, Mutiu Adepoju is upbeat that the Super Eagles can silence the Croatia on Saturday but urges them to avoid many mistakes.

He said that Nigeria must play a perfect game to beat Croatia in Saturday’s group D match of the World Cup game.

The Super Eagles face the Europeans in Kaliningrad and a win will boost their aspiration of reaching the knockout phase.

Gernot Rohr’s men have not won any of their last four international games and the former Real Madrid star is under no illusions about the task facing the three-time African champions.

“I’m expecting a very tough match against Croatia. They have a very good team, and Nigeria have to play a perfect match without much mistakes to win. I know the Super Eagles can do it,” Adepoju tweeted.
