Former Super Eagles Manager, Clement Westerhof has said that the team looks good to do well at the forthcoming Fifa World Cup in Russia.
The Dutchman who led Nigeria to her first world cup appearance in 1994 said that the present talents in the squad could surpass the previous second round ouster at the tournament.
He stated that the players invited for friendlies by the present coach Gernot Rohr were good and the best the country could offer now.
Westerhof, however said that the players would need to work hard to excel and that the coach must get his tactics right if the team must get to quarter final or semi final.
“The have to work hard, they have to work hard and hard,” he stated.
