President of the Senate and the Chairman, PDP Presidential Campaign Organisation, Bukola Saraki has vowed that the ruling All Progressives Congress will be disgraced on Saturday February 16 election.
Saraki spoke as he reacted to various negative comments made by the leadership of the APC during the party’s campaign in Ilorin, Kwara State.
Saraki stated that the APC had resorted to personal attack on him instead of telling members of the public what the party would do differently to take Nigeria out of the current economic problem.
According to Saraki, the national leader of the APC, former Governor of Lagos State, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu is angry because he was not allowed to realise the ambition of becoming Buhari’s vice in 2015.
Saraki said that he personally stopped Tinubu’s ambition, which was not in national interest, adding that he did so to debar the APC from flying Muslim-Muslim ticket.
Saraki said, “Since then, Tinubu has not been happy but on Saturday, APC will be punished.”
