The Court of Appeal in Abuja will soon deliver judgement in the appeal lodged by the Federal government against the acquittal of the President of the Senate Bukola Saraki by the code of Conduct Tribunal

The three-man panel led by Justice TINUADE AKOMOLAFE-WILSON reserved judgement after parties adopted their appellant’s and respondent’s briefs today.

The court is expected to communicate the date of the delivery of the judgment  to the later parties later

The Federal Government had in June filed an eleven-ground notice of appeal against the judgement of the Tribunal acquitting Senator SARAKI of the eighteen charges of false asset declaration and other related offences preferred against him in September twenty fifteen.
