The Peoples Democratic Party, says contrary to claims in the presidency, Acting President Yemi Osinbajo is not in charge of the country.
It said actions taken by the acting president had shown that President Buhari did not hand over power to him before leaving Nigeria for London on medical trip.
Spokesperson of the PDP Dayo Adeyeye, who said this in a statement wondered why the acting president had refused to assign portfolios to the two ministers that were sworn in more than two weeks ago.

Meanwhile, renowned Human Rights lawyer Femi Falana has warned the Nigerian police to stop harassing protesters marching against the absence of President Muhammadu Buhari in Abuja.
Popular Nigerian musician, Charly Boy and others on Monday began a sit-in at the Unity Fountain, calling on President Buhari to either resume work in the country or resign.
He reminded the police that Buhari had also participated in peaceful rallies and demonstrations in Abuja to protest alleged manipulation of election results and perceived injustice in the country.
