A committee that would smoothen the relationship between the executive and legislative arms of government has been set up by the Federal Executive Council yesterday.
Minister of Information, Lai Mohammed disclosed this while briefing newsmen at state house Abuja after the weekly meeting of the council of ministers.
The senate had refused to confirm some of the appoitments made by President Muhammadu Buhari.
Twice the senate had rejected the confirmation of the acting Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission Ibrahim Magu.
And on Monday, the senate stepped down the confirmation of 27 Resident Electoral Commissioners forwarded to it by the president.
