Lagos Mainland and Island are in deep mess this morning as major roads have been thrown into heavy vehicular traffic.
This is due to the visit of President Muhammadu Buhari to the metropolis, which of course has made the state government to cordon some major roads from vehicular activity.
Commuters, most of whom work on the Island have to alight from the buses coming to walk to their various offices.
The Lagos State Traffic Management Authority, LASTMA and the Lagos State Police Command have barricaded some of the roads around Onikan since yesterday night.
Meanwhile, the president has not arrived from Abuja.
