Doctor Rasheed Jimoh said Ulcer is a discontinuity of the in the epithelial lining of the mucosa, and it is called Ulcer when there is a cut there.
It has been discovered that most ulcers are located in the small intestine as the ulcers are called duodenal ulcers. Stomach ulcers are called gastric ulcers. Ulcers in the throat are called esophageal ulcers.
According to Dr. Rasheed, a bacteria called Heliocobacter pylori (H. pylori) has been mentioned to be responsible for Ulcer; and is also known to be a bacterial infection.
