Kiwi, because of its brilliant green color and exotic taste has more relevance in its health benefits.

Since kiwi can’t be seen like other fruits, one of the hosts on ”Today on STV”, Winfrey  Okolo stated the health benefits of Kiwi on the show.

Kiwi has over the years been discovered to help to help in the area of digestion with Enzymes, This is so because raw kiwi contains actinidain, a protein-dissolving enzyme that can help digest a meal much like the papain in papaya or bromelain in pineapple.
