Africa Muzik Magazine Awards (AFRIMMA) has  honored talented Nigerian music legend, innocent Ujah Idibia well known as 2Baba, with the ‘’20 Years A King’’ Award on Oct, 27, 2019 in Dallas, Texas.

The award was given to him because he played a huge role in the pioneering and rise of Afro beat in the last two decades.

2Baba has worked and sang to make African music more recognised and acceptable to the people, both locally and internationally.

His musical exploits cuts across the borders of this immediate environment after singing and releasing quality music that the people always want to hear, which has also opened doors of endorsements to him.

Giving kudos to the organisers of the award, ‘Big A Entertainment’, this current feat he has achieved, has increased his tally of awards to the third one this year.

Concerning ‘Big A Entertainment’ and the brain behind the beautiful idea, the founder of Anderson Obiagwu who is also the executive producer of AFRIMMA expressed his feelings. He said, “We owe a lot to his star power, professional conduct and friendly disposition. But for him, we may have not been able to find the desire and commitment to continue in this path. We are always proud to be associated with his brand and person.”
