Nipsey Hussle’s suspected killer Eric Holder, has been charged with murder and two counts of attempted murder.

Holder, 29, was arrested in Los Angeles after the rapper was shot dead on Sunday. Prosecutors filed the murder and attempted murder charges against Holder on Thursday. He is set to set to appear in court.

Holder has not yet entered a plea, and it was not immediately clear whether he had an attorney. He was arrested in the Los Angeles area on Tuesday, about 20 miles from where musician Hussle was killed.

Authorities said Holder and Hussle, who knew each other, had several conversations on Sunday outside the rapper’s clothing store. They said Holder eventually returned with a handgun and shot Hussle, who was declared dead at a hospital.

He also allegedly wounded two other men. If convicted, Holder faces life in prison.

Beyonce was among those to pay tribute to Hussle, who was nominated for the best rap album Grammy earlier this year for Victory Lap.

She shared a childhood picture of Hussle to Instagram, along with the caption: “I’m praying with every ounce of my heart for your family. Rest In Peace, Nipsey.”
