After we got to hear one of the most anticipated tracks of 2017, "Summer Body", from Olamide and Davido and it turned out to leave us wanting for more.
Well, months before that collaboration, both artistes came together on another collab on Wale's "Fine Girl" – and its music video just dropped.
Easily one of the most memorable songs off Wale's fifth studio album, Shine, "Fine Girl" features a repetitive, almost hypnotic chorus from Wale and a particularly unforgettable verse from Davido, who just can't seem to stop killing it these days.
But while the song hasn't lost any of its appeal since the album's release, the painfully expected video certainly doesn't do it any favours (even the lyric video for Wale's "My Love" featuring Dua Lipa and Wizkid is much more enjoyable).
Directed by Patrick Elis and shot in the only mansion American rappers seem to have access to, the video had us wishing we were in an alternate universe where Dapo Fagbenle (Wizkid's original "Come Closer" video) had directed it instead.
