The Joint Admission and Matriculation Board, says it withheld the results of about 80, 889 candidates who sat for the recently concluded Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination across the country.
Now out of the unreleased results, 76, 923 results are being held over
alleged malpractices while 3, 966 results are being held over other unresolved issues.
Meanwhile the exam body says a total of 3, 811 candidates who registered late would be given a supplementary examination.
The Registrar, Professor Is'haq Oloyede however blamed the intensity of the malpractice on connivance between exam centres and parents of candidates.
