Three bags containing about N4 million were yesterday tendered against Justice Sylvester Ngwuta at the ongoing money laundering trial.
The Federal Government has also amended the corruption charges it preferred against him.
The lead prosecuting counsel, Olufemi Fatunde, announced the amendment before justice John Tsoho.
Lead Defence Counsel, Kanu Agabi did not oppose the amendment and the corrections done to the amended charges.
The amended charges were thereafter read to the defendant who, again pleaded not guilty to all of them.
Meanwhile, Justice Muslim Hassan of the Federal High Court in Lagos has withdrawn himself from further presiding over the alleged N4.9 billion fraud charge against a former Minister of Aviation, Femi Fani-Kayode, by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission.
The judge ordered the return of the case file to the Chief Judge of the Federal High Court, Justice Ibrahim Auta, for re-assignment to another judge.
He directed Fani-Kayode and his co-defendants to await further directive from Justice Auta.
